2009 Donor Soirée

For Chintimini Donors: A Lovely Event

This year, for the first time, The Festival's four concerts span ten days rather than six. And for the first time the popular Donor Soirée will occur during the Festival — two days after the opening all-Mozart concert. On Sunday, June 21, at a private home with beautiful grounds and a very fine piano, we will have hors d'oeuvres, wine and beverages, desserts ... and a much-loved work by a birthday composer, exactly-200-year-old Felix Mendelssohn. It's his D minor piano trio, played for us by pianist Rachelle McCabe, violinist Sarah Knutson, and cellist Andrew Kolb. All those who have contributed $120 or more in support of this year's Festival will receive an invitation to this enjoyable early-evening party.
