Josh Lawrence

Actor Josh Lawrence, the Soldier in Stravinsky's Soldier's Tale, has had significant roles in nearly a dozen major plays, from Shakespearean comedy to Chekhov, and in musicals from Lerner & Loewe to Stephen Sondheim. While in school he was named an Honor Thespian by the International Thespian Society, and directed a festival of one-act plays.

In 2010 at the University of Oregon, he played the lead in "Detonator," an Adrenaline 72-Hour film project. In Newport Josh appears frequently with the Red Octopus Theatre and with Porthole Players.
