OUR SEVEN CORVALLIS PROGENY

ERIK PETERSON is a member of the Colorado Symphony. He co-founded the Denali Ensemble and is founder and artistic director of this festival.

ADAM ESBENSEN, cello, is a member of the Oregon Symphony. He was featured as a chamber performer at the 2003 Ernest Bloch Festival, and is an original member of the Chintimini Festival.

ANN GRABE is the principal cello with the Corvallis-OSU Symphony and the Oregon Mozart Players; she also plays with the Eugene Symphony.

SARAH KNUTSON, a founding member of the Chintimini Festival, is a free-lance violinist in the Bay Area who performs regularly and tours with the San Francisco Symphony.

ANNE RIDLINGTON has played in orchestras in Indiana, Germany, Santa Barbara, and Oregon. Anne is a member of the Corvallis-OSU Symphony and performs with the Corvallis Repertory Singers.

MICHAEL TUBB, viola, is an active chamber player in San Francisco. He was instrumental in founding the Chintimini Festival.

LAURA ZAERR, harp, is on the faculty of the University of Oregon. Her master's degree is from the Eastman School of Music, where she recorded with Wynton Marsalis, Benita Valente, and James Galway.

GUEST ARTISTS
STEPHEN CHONG of the Oregon Mozart Players and Eugene Symphony is an active free-lance violinist throughout the Northwest.

MARY GRANT, horn, is a member of the Oregon Symphony. She performs frequently with the Minnesota Orchestra, and has toured Europe and Japan with them. This is her second appearance in the Chintimini Festival.

JESSICA LAMBERT formerly with the Oregon Symphony, is on the faculty of Oregon State University, teaching violin and viola. She performs on both instruments in the Chintimini Festival.

RACHELLE McCABE, director of the piano program at Oregon State University, has performed concertos with leading orchestras and partnered many leading players as a chamber musician.

CATHY PETERSON, flute, is second/assistant principal flutist of the Colorado Symphony, and recent principal flutist of the Central City Opera.

PHILLIP STEVENS, violist, is a member of the Colorado Symphony. He returns to the Chintimini Festival after a year's absence, having been a major presence in the first four seasons.
