Erik Peterson
, founder and artistic director of this festival, is a member of the Colorado Symphony and the Denali Ensemble.
 
Andrew Duckles is principal viola of Houston Grand Opera and Houston Ballet and teaches viola and chamber music at UNLV.
 
Jason Duckles, cellist of the Amelia Piano Trio, is on tour with Yo-Yo Ma through May 2, 2003, as part of Ma's Silk Road Project.
 
Adam Esbensen currently of the Louisville Symphony, is now joining the Oregon Symphony. He performed at Taos and in Spoleto at the Festival of the Two Worlds.
 
GUEST ARTISTS

Angela Carlson, pianist, is active as an accompanist at Oregon State University and with Opera Theater Corvallis. She performs a Mozart quartet on Tuesday and a Prokofiev sonata on Sunday.
 
Thomas Heinrich of the Colorado Symphony and the Denali Ensemble is principal cellist of The American Sinfonietta and performs in summer as principal at the Grand Teton Festival..
 
Anthea Kreston, violinist of the Amelia Piano Trio , winner of the 2003 ASCAP award for Adventurous Programming in the Arts. She is on tour in Central Asia with Jason and Yo-Yo Ma through May 2.
 
Rachelle McCabe, pianist, Professor of Music and recitalist, performs Debussy and Shostakovich sonatas for cello and piano on Thursday.
 
Catherine Peterson, flute, performs in a Mozart quartet and a Ginastera quintet on Friday, and plays the Prokofiev D major sonata on Sunday.
 
Phillip Stevens, violist, is a member of the Colorado Symphony and the Denali Ensemble, now the resident ensemble of the Chintimini Festival.
